Provide your contact details so we can keep you updated throughout the season.

Add Player Details
Enter your athlete's name, date of birth, division preference, and emergency contacts.

Sign Waiver
Review and accept the 321Hoops participation waiver on behalf of your athlete.

Secure Payment
Pay registration fees securely through Stripe Checkout. Your spot is confirmed after payment.
